Canine Country Club and
Cattery, Inc. (herein referred to as CCC) works just like a hotel. You
will be charged for check-in day, and must check your animal(s) out by
12:30PM on the day of check-out to not be charged for that day. You may
not pick-up or drop-off pet(s) during non-business hours.
Playtime is $5.00 extra per dog, per turn-out. In some cases Playtime can
result in potential problems with dog’s feet such as sensitivity, redness,
and in rare cases, rawness or lameness. Also in some rare cases this can
go unnoticed by the staff. If this should occur, and if necessary, CCC
will begin treatment and may eliminate some days of Playtime from the
dog’s schedule.
I understand that there is always a risk when choosing to put my dog(s)
out with other dogs in the play yards. Those risks can involve injuries
due to altercations with other dogs. I understand that if any injuries
occur due to an altercation between my dog(s) and any other dog(s) that I
am responsible for any resulting vet fees incurred for treatment of my
dog(s).
I understand that if I choose to board
more than one pet in a run, any altercations will result in the separation
of the animals resulting in additional fees. If it occurs that pets need
to be separated and there are no vacancies at the time, I understand that
one pet may be rotated between a crate and Playtime and/or walks until a
run becomes available and that this would be charged at the regular daily
rate for that time period. I understand that CCC does not separate pets at
feeding time and that multiple pet need to eat the same brand of food and
same amounts of food.
You must call no less than 24 hours from scheduled pick-up time to cancel
grooming or a $20.00 cancellation fee will result. If the pet soils itself
in it’s kennel a bath will be given to clean them up and a minimal kennel
bath fee will be applied to the final bill. In rare cases this could go
unnoticed, but it is not likely.
If you choose to board more than one pet in a run, any altercations will
result in the separation of the animals resulting in additional fees.
Sometimes altercations can occur while not under supervision, thus
resulting in injuries. When altercations occur, it is generally from being
confined in a smaller area together than what they are normally accustomed
to, especially with food, treats, or sleeping quarters even when they
never have a problem at home. Also, during busy periods it could happen
that if altercations occurred and there was not an available run due to
lack of vacancies then one pet may be rotated between a crate and Playtime
and/or walks until a run becomes available. This would be charged at the
regular daily rate for that time period. If you choose to board more than
one pet in the same run they must all eat the same brand AND amounts of
food, as we do not separate pets for feeding.
CCC will not release any pet(s) to ANYONE other than the owner(s) listed
on file and it is your responsibility to make sure that anyone else who
may be authorized to pick up your pet(s) is listed on file. THIS INCLUDES
SPOUSES.
Dr. Ron Huitger and/or his associates at Smokey Point Animal Hospital is
the Veterinarian “on call” for CCC. If it is deemed necessary by CCC for
your pet(s) to receive medical attention for any reason they will be taken
to Smokey Point Animal Hospital. |
